PLUSH: shipped in parcels by Canada Post or Purolator (Cannot be shipped in a standard envelope)

PET COLLARS, PERSONALIZED LABELS, BALLOONS AND HAMMOCKS: shipped in standard Canada Post envelopes or in Canada Post or Purolator parcels.

Canada Post - Standard envelope: $5

Canada Post - Parcel with tracking: $18

Canada Post - Express Parcel: $45

Purolator: $18

Remote area : means any region north of the 49th parallel

Canada Post - Parcel with tracking: $60

The articles in READY TO GO : Send from 1 to 2 days working days following the day of your order.
The articles in ON REQUEST : Send from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the day of your order… more depending on the season, see NOTE below.

 

SUPPLIER DEADLINES :

(I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by suppliers.)

- Canada Post - Standard envelope : 1 to 20 business days.

- Canada Post : 4 to 10 working days. (With tracking number)

- Canada Post Express : 1 to 2 business days

- Purolator : 1 to 3 working days.

NOTE :
- During the pre-Christmas season (from October), this delay can increase to more than 4 weeks.
- From December 5, orders are no longer guaranteed to receive before Christmas.
- And often, on December 15 my shop closes for the whole holiday season.

So plan ahead!😉
